Terms & Conditions — bgbd Platform Rules

01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the bgbd platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, water polo, and all other sports markets), live casino games (powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), slot games (powered by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming), crash games (including Spribe's Aviator), and all bonus and promotional offers. These terms apply across all device types — desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future bgbd application.

bgbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bgbd will notify registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version of these terms is always available at bgbd.net/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these general Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules (such as sports betting rules, casino game rules, or individual bonus terms), the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope. For all other matters, these general terms apply.

bgbd operates in English. All communications between bgbd and its players — including account notifications, support responses, bonus offers, and terms documents — are issued in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the English-language terms before using the platform.

Definitions

• "Player" / "You" — any individual who has registered an account on bgbd and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• "Account" — the personal betting account opened by a Player on the bgbd platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Platform" — the bgbd website accessible at bgbd.net and any associated mobile interfaces.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any sports bet, casino stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money funds in their bgbd Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by a Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, or bank transfer and held in the Player's Account.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a bgbd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services.
• You are registering the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active bgbd account. bgbd strictly permits one account per person, per household, and per device.
• You are not a current or former employee of bgbd, nor a close family member of any bgbd employee, in any capacity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not been self-excluded from the bgbd platform or excluded by bgbd under the terms set out in Section 7 (Responsible Gaming).
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bgbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents within the timeframe specified by bgbd will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

To use bgbd's real-money betting and casino services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. You are required to supply your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You may also be required to provide your Bangladesh National ID number for verification purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bgbd account credentials, including your username and password. bgbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bgbd will never contact you via any channel requesting your password, PIN, or payment method credentials. Any such contact should be reported to bgbd's security team immediately at [email protected].

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one bgbd account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or different personal details to circumvent this rule — is strictly prohibited. bgbd uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without exception.
• Real money balances in secondary accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
• The Player's primary account may also be suspended or permanently closed depending on the severity of the violation.

Account Currency

All bgbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are shown in BDT. bgbd does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international payment methods (if applicable) may be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing rate displayed at the time of transaction.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bgbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bgbd's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your bgbd account.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (five hundred thousand Bangladeshi Taka) unless a higher limit has been pre-approved for your account.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bgbd balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating Bangladesh bank.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• bgbd does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their standard transaction fees.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka).
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (two hundred thousand Bangladeshi Taka). Higher withdrawal amounts may be processed in multiple transactions.
• Withdrawals under ৳25,000 via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals above ৳25,000 or via bank transfer are processed within 1–24 business hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered bgbd account. bgbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Account identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed verification should contact [email protected] or use the live chat function.
• bgbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals (above ৳100,000) as part of its standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

05 Bonus Terms & Promotional Offers

bgbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, BPL season betting promotions, Eid special reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh seasonal offers, and weekly cashback promotions. All bonus offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer on the bgbd Bonus Offers page.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered bgbd accounts only. New player welcome bonuses are available exclusively to first-time depositors.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money funds.
• Wagering requirements for each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms. Standard wagering requirements on bgbd range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% toward wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. The exact contribution rates are listed on the individual bonus terms page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the individual offer terms.
• bgbd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Offers already claimed and in an active wagering period will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which they were accepted.
• bgbd may void bonus winnings and close an account if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine game risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry date. Unclaimed bonuses expire at 23:59 BST on the stated expiry date. Active (claimed) bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window stated at the time of claiming. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without compensation.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bgbd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these terms and applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bgbd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during identity verification or withdrawal requests.
• Accessing or attempting to access bgbd using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software not provided or authorised by bgbd.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bgbd platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to bgbd and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with betting markets on bgbd. bgbd reports suspected match-fixing to relevant sports integrity bodies including the ICC ACU.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the bgbd platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. bgbd maintains an AML programme and cooperates with law enforcement where required.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, data, or intellectual property from the bgbd platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgbd support staff or other players via any communication channel.

bgbd reserves the right to determine whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these obligations. bgbd's determination is final in all cases of suspected prohibited conduct. Players who believe a suspension or account action has been applied in error may submit a formal dispute via [email protected].

07 Responsible Gaming

bgbd is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment for all players. We believe gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single playing session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders showing your net session loss/win and time spent playing.
• Take a Break: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a take-a-break period, login is disabled and no bets can be placed.

08 Account Closure & Termination

Players may request voluntary closure of their bgbd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

bgbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, duplicate account creation, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6, or in response to a court order or regulatory instruction.

In the event of bgbd-initiated account closure due to player misconduct, bgbd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Real money funds confirmed as legitimately deposited (net of any fraudulently obtained bonuses or winnings) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

All content on the bgbd platform — including game software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and interface design — is the intellectual property of bgbd or its licensed third-party game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming). No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without bgbd's express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgbd's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Player's account, or use of the bgbd platform shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bgbd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits bgbd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bgbd's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms that cannot be resolved through bgbd's internal dispute resolution process (contact: [email protected]) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in bgbd's operating jurisdiction.
